NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

Manage cases of deceased customers for NAB, including:

• Working with estate representatives and their legal teams to provide detailed information about the deceased's NAB relationship, and NAB's requirements to finalise an estate in a timely manner;

• Completing process and documentation in support of estate management and finalisation;

• Ensuring case notes are thorough, accurate and up to date to allow colleagues in Australia to liaise with the customer.

• Managing the day to day deceased estates operational tasks such as but not limited to; Inbox, paper/zirco, cheques and vouchers, payments processing, core case management

• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. BCoP) obligations are adhered to

• Consistent focus on customer experience delivered through written correspondence.

• First point resolution – address any outstanding estate requirements through written correspondence

• Quality case notes recorded to assist Australia-based colleagues who will be taking inbound calls/making outbound follow up calls.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree/Masters degree.
