Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Endur, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Endur-based solutions for our clients in the energy and commodities trading industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Endur platforms, enabling clients to enhance trading operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endur implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the Endur solution meets business and regulatory needs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Endur-based trading and risk management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of Endur with other enterprise systems, such as ETRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively enhance the Endur platform.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Endur or other ETRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management, logistics, and settlement processes.
• Proven experience in managing Endur implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience with other ETRM platforms, such as Allegro, Openlink, or RightAngle.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ETRM solutions and microservices architecture.
• Certifications in product management or ETRM platforms.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, such as REMIT, EMIR, or Dodd-Frank.
