Responsibilities
StoneX Wealth Management is seeking temporary full-time associates to assist with a large-scale document digitization project for up to one year. This role will focus on preparing, scanning, organizing, and quality-checking client and business records to support our electronic records initiative.
- Prepare paper documents for scanning, including removing staples, paper clips, and organizing files.
- Scan documents into electronic record management systems.
- Review scanned files for accuracy, readability, and completeness.
- Index, label, and organize electronic documents according to established procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information.
- Assist with file organization and other administrative tasks related to the project.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of files as needed.
- Previous document management, records management, or administrative experience is a plus.
