Description
QPharma is currently looking for a Regulatory Specialist/Paralegal for our Cedar Knolls, NJ location.
Primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Perform license gap analysis for clients
- Complete and submit federal and state distribution license applications for clients
- Monitor status of submitted licenses
- Perform research on state license requirements as needed
The ideal candidate must be able to review and interpret laws and regulations. He/she should have experience with submission of state wholesale distribution licenses and experience in conducting legal/regulatory research. *Paralegal experience a plus*
