We're looking for a procurement leader to transform a US$250M+ indirect spend portfolio across 13 countries and 11 manufacturing sites in APAC.
What you will do:
Lead indirect procurement strategy across APAC.
Drive value creation, standardization, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance leaders across the region.
Lead and develop a team of 5+ procurement professionals.
Drive adoption of regional strategies and ensure execution across sites and countries.
Ownership of business outcomes, not just sourcing activities.
You are well suited for the role if you:
Have led large regional procurement portfolios across multiple countries.
Can influence senior stakeholders without relying on authority.
Are comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change.
Have experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environments.
