Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists and air/sea/road/rail booking form on a daily basis
- Communicate with logistics service providers to arrange shipments in accordance with shipping guidelines
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure delivery services meet with customers’ requirements
- Receive, review, and input daily shipping data for record within the systems
- Handle and complete customs declaration import and export   
- Understand shipping terminology and function of INCOTERMS on arranging shipments internationally or locally, and able to define responsibilities for actions
- Monitor and keep track the activity of shipments with logistics providers to ensure delivery/receiving arrangements smoothly executed, meet ISO and customer requirement & SOX compliance
- Engage with internal / external parties to resolve logistics obstacles or exception events to ensure safe and timely shipping of goods
- Support supervisor to manage forwarders’ KPI review and Monitor and ensure shipping guidelines requirements are fully complied and followed

- 在安排国际或本地货物运输时，了解装运术语和《国际贸易术语解释通则》（INCOTERMS）的作用，并能够明确各方行动责任
- 与物流提供商一起监控并跟踪货物运输活动，确保交付/接收安排顺利执行，满足ISO和客户要求以及SOX合规性
- 与内部/外部各方沟通，解决物流障碍或异常事件，确保货物安全及时运输
- 协助主管管理货运代理的KPI评审，并监控和确保装运指南要求得到全面遵守和执行

Requirements 要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of shipping / logistics experience, in electronic industry is preferable; candidates with less experience could apply for Logistics Associate
- Solid experience in handling full set of shipping documents and custom declaration
- Previous exposure in shipping software/ systems/ ISO 14001 knowledge is preferable
- Hardworking, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft applications including WORD, EXCEL (including function) and PowerPoint
- Good command of written English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with logistics, including shipping, transportation, warehousing and 3PL management in manufacturing company is advantage

- 熟悉微软办公软件，包括WORD、EXCEL（含函数）和PowerPoint
- 英语和普通话的书面语掌握良好
- 熟悉物流，包括制造企业的装运、运输、仓储和第三方物流（3PL）管理者优先

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
