Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• To coordinate quality control activities within department to improve/maintain product quality.
• To coordinate the statistical process control team, study the SPC data and generate relative action.
• -To generate and maintain quality reports and participate in resolving quality problem regarding IPQC/customers.
• -To survey and evaluate equipment for IPQC monitor. Maintain and do PM all IPQC equipments.
• -To crate and update quality control specifications and ensure products manufactured by Siliconix TW are in compliance with the latest revision of WW specification and working instruction.
• -To carry out IPQC inspector training/re-certification program and supervise production operator re-certification.
• -To perform specially assigned tasks from QRA manager.- To participate in quality audit function including in-house and subcontractors and support EH&S department to implement IATF16949/ISO14001 and Customer Audit activity.

- To handling Customer Complaint issue and 8D report preparation and the corrective action follow-up audit.

What you will bring along:

• At least 3  years experience in quality preferred.
• English capability in reading, speaking.
