About the Role
The Marketing Executive drives Autodesk demand generation and channel growth across the Western Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro) through hands-on planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns. The role develops and manages programmes that generate leads, strengthen channel partnerships and create a consistent pipeline for Inside Sales and partners. Working within agreed budgets and timelines, the Marketing Executive aligns strategic and tactical channel marketing plans with business, vendor and partner priorities.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute and optimise demand-generation campaigns, including digital marketing activities, events, webinars and outbound programmes
Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and execution to reporting, lead follow-up and optimisation
Develop and manage channel marketing programmes, promotions and lead-generation initiatives that support partner growth
Manage marketing budgets and MDF funds, ensuring activities follow approved processes, timelines and budgets
Analyse campaign results, sales trends and market data to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
Support lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with Inside Sales and partner teams
Coordinate and deliver marketing events and partner engagement activities, including localisation of content and campaign assets
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of relevant marketing or communications experience, ideally in B2B channel marketing
Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, demand generation and event management
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of channel programmes, promotions and B2B sales environments
Excellent project management, organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels
Fluent spoken and written knowledge of English and Serbian
