Description
- Provide executive leadership for medical services and clinical operations.
- Maintain an active primary care patient panel while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards of care.
- Mentor, support, and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, provider recruitment, workforce development, and service expansion.
- Oversee clinical quality metrics, population health initiatives, and regulatory compliance, including HRSA, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, and New Mexico Medical Board requirements.
- Promote team-based, integrated care in collaboration with nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, case management, and other clinical disciplines.
- Champion effective use of the electronic health record and continuous workflow improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and exceptional patient-centered care.
