QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
1. MBChB degree or equivalent
2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in clinical research
3. Registered with HPSCA, GCP Certified, with valid Malpractice Insurance
4. A master’s degree in public health or MSc will be an advantage
5. Proven senior leadership and people management experience
6. High ethical standards and professionalism
7. Ability to lead, mentor, and influence at senior level
