$70,637.00 - $113,027.00

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare scheduling.  Experience must also include at least one year supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience.

Special Training/Skills:

• Knowledge of and experience with Epic is required.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines related to referrals and scheduling also required.

• Must have ability to solve problems and to perform service recovery with patients, physician offices and hospital departments. 

• Strong organizational skills required. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Requires the ability to conduct several projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel preferred.
