Position Title:
Student Worker - Visual & Performing Arts Department (Work-Study)Job Description:
A student worker for the Department of Visual and Performing Arts is a representative of the office both in the office and on campus. The appointed individual will:
Be reliable/dependable/professional.
Light office duties (answer phones, be a friendly and outgoing/team player).
Be required to work evenings/weekends for various campus events.
Assist in moving band equipment.
Be knowledgeable with various software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Run campus errands.
Learn particulars/responsibilities of the office.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Salary and Hours
Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.
Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week
