What You'll Do
- Assist in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projects
- Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions
- Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward
- Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders
- Work with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Identify and manage risks and issues effectively
- Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics
- Meet business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management
- Conduct research and develop systems to facilitate central initiative progress
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management
- Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Critical decision-making and judgment capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions
- Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$84,000 - $156,000 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
