Job Description

We are hiring a Global Strategy Manager to help shape how world-leading brands grow through media, data and creativity. This is a unique opportunity to work across iconic clients in hospitality and FMCG, influencing how strategy translates into real business impact at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, audience and culture, turning insight into action across global markets. If you’re excited by solving complex challenges and elevating thinking across teams, this role offers both impact and progression.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Build global and multi-market media strategies rooted in business priorities and audience insight
• Translate data, research and market inputs into clear, actionable recommendations
• Define full-funnel approaches across brand, performance, content and social
• Support go-to-market planning and campaign frameworks across multiple regions
• Partner with local teams to guide how strategy adapts effectively across markets
• Contribute to workshops and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
• Continuously bring forward new thinking on audience behaviour, platforms and media evolution

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Experience developing media or communications strategies across brand and performance
• Strong ability to turn data and insight into simple, clear recommendations
• Confidence working across multiple markets and with diverse stakeholder groups
• Clear storytelling and presentation skills that bring ideas to life
• Curiosity about evolving media, culture, technology and audience behaviour
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
• A proactive approach with ownership of your work and a focus on continuous improvement
