Position: Inventory Admin

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Admin to join our team in Durban, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail. The Inventory Admin will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Track and update inventory records using our inventory management system
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of goods to clients
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and any issues or concerns
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management
- Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and procedures
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Durban, South Africa. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
