Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
- Support dealership departments as needed with clerical or customer-facing tasks
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or Saturdays if required
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
