Position Accountabilities
Serve in a support role to the Head Coach
Assistance with all phases of the program (varsity and reserve) including coaching, recruiting, coordinating and organizing practices, scheduling, monitoring academics, weight room, player skill development, and skill evaluation
Additional duties may include gameday administration, fundraising, game-related activities, and camps/clinics.
Must have the ability to achieve certification to transport students to team athletic events.
Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach & Director of Athletics.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
College coaching and recruiting experience preferred.
Demonstrated successful experience in playing and/or coaching at collegiate, university, or professional level.
Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules and regulations.
A proven record of integrity, high principles and demonstrated skill in developing and motivating student athletes academically and athletically.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Valid Driver's license
Candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation to be hired for this position.
