Your challenge
For Ovivo by Ecolab, we are looking for a hands-on HR Advisor who works closely with our employees and managers. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related questions and will advise managers on a wide range of people-related matters. You combine a strong administrative foundation with the ability to advise and guide managers. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly and identify opportunities for improvement, work closely with external partners, and actively contribute to a positive employee experience.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being visibly present, takes initiative, and gains energy from supporting both employees and managers.
What will you do?
HR advice and support
Advising and supporting managers on day-to-day HR issues.
Being a sparring partner for managers on human resources, employability and well-being.
Active monitoring of absenteeism in consultation with the managers and intensive cooperation with the occupational health and other providers etc.
HR processes and improvement
Identifying and initiating opportunities for improvement within HR processes.
Coordinating HR projects and implementations.
Contributing to a uniform and professional HR service
HR administration and coordination
Coordinating and administering the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes and departures (employment contracts, letters, etc.).
Ensure correct and timely processing of employee changes in Afas and Workday.
Maintaining contact with the external payroll provider and ensuring that all necessary input is correctly supplied and implemented and follows up on deviations.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Management or equivalent through experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a HR position
Experience with HR administration, Dutch legislation and development processes.
At least 4 days at the office in Zoeterwoude
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable in conversations with managers and employees.
You are organizationally strong.
You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
