Description
Note: This role is primarily remote with the expectation of meeting in person in Central London up to 2 days a week.
CFRA is looking for a VP of Sales to drive new business growth and expand our footprint across the wealth management markets of Europe and Asia. This is a quota-carrying, new-business role focused on building relationships with wealth management firms and private banks, and positioning CFRA's independent research and data solutions as essential to their investment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business
- Build and manage a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and other proactive outreach
- Develop a deep understanding of CFRA's research and data products to tailor solutions to client needs
- Represent CFRA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe and Asia
- Partner with Research, Account Management, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
- Manage the BDR while working alongside them day-to-day — jointly setting priority target accounts and contacts, shaping campaign strategy, and dividing up outreach to maximize coverage
- Provide market feedback to leadership on competitive positioning, pricing, and product gaps
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5–7 years of sales experience in financial services, ideally selling research, data, or analytics products into wealth management, private banking, or financial advisors
- A track record of winning new logos (whitespace/new-to-new targets) rather than growing existing accounts
- An established network of wealth management and private banking relationships, with the ability to build new ones
- Strong understanding of investment research and equity markets, and how wealth managers use third-party research in their process
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Self-starter who thrives in a small, independent, entrepreneurial environment
- French and/or German language skills
- Preferred: prior research sales experience; experience selling into wealth and private banking firms in Switzerland and Singapore; FCA-regulated industry experience
