Why Service Coordinators Choose Integrity Fleet Services
Great service doesn't happen by accident.
Behind every technician getting to the right job, every customer receiving an update, every estimate getting approved, and every invoice getting completed is someone making sure the details don't get dropped.
That's where you come in.
This isn't just an administrative position. You'll have a real voice, real responsibility, and a direct impact on your team's success, our customers' experience, and the growth of the company.
Our people fuel the engine behind everything we do. We're relentlessly passionate about helping our team grow while building a company you'll be proud to call home.
Family-Owned. Built on Integrity. Trusted by fleets across Texas, Louisiana, and beyond.
Our mission is simple: Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment safe, compliant, and operational—every asset, every mile, every time.
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be one of the key people connecting our customers, technicians, Service Manager, Parts, Accounting, Sales, and vendors.
Around here, you'll never be just another employee. You'll be part of a team that knows your name, values your ideas, and recognizes the difference you make.
ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL.
At Integrity Fleet Services, it's all for one and one for all.
We don't operate with a "that's not my job" mentality.
Service, Technicians, Parts, Accounting, Sales, and Management are all working toward the same goal. We help each other, communicate, solve problems together, and step in when the team needs us.
When one of us wins, we all win. When one of us fails, we all fail. When one of us struggles, we all step up.
Being a team player isn't a bonus here.
It's an expectation.
We want people who jump in when someone needs help, communicate instead of pointing fingers, look for solutions instead of assigning blame, and understand how their actions affect the rest of the company.
There is no "their problem."
It's our problem—and we solve it together.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This isn't a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of job.
You'll help drive the day for your customers and your technicians.
- Keeping your technicians busy, productive, and moving — if your techs are slow, you're slow. Look ahead, follow up, and help find the next job before the board is empty.

THE BOTTOM LINE?
Take care of the customer. Sell the service. Keep your techs moving. Support your team. Own the outcome.
WE'RE BASICALLY THE ER FOR EQUIPMENT.
Trucks break down. Trailers don't check the clock before something fails. Customers have freight to move, drivers waiting, and equipment that needs to get back on the road.
Our industry isn't always 9–5—and we won't pretend that it is.
We believe strongly in structure, planning, and work-life balance, and we work hard to protect those things for our team.
But we're also in the business of keeping fleets moving. Occasionally, that means the team has to step up when a customer or teammate needs us.
We don't expect work to be your entire life. We do expect everyone to be willing to give a little when the situation calls for it—because that's what being part of a team means.
Some days the company gives a little more. Some days our people do.
That's how a great team works.
