Description
This role supports Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating candidate communications, interview scheduling, hiring logistics, background checks, and onboarding activities. You will ensure accurate ATS records, compliance, and smooth hiring processes, particularly for complex or high-volume recruitment. The role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams while resolving escalated issues and supporting a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do:
- You coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics across Talent Acquisition processes.
- You manage background checks, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment administration.
- You maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other Talent Acquisition systems.
- You ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection requirements.
- You partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to resolve hiring and operational issues.
- You identify process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and enhance the overall candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination experience.
- You have experience with ATS, interview scheduling, hiring documentation, and supporting recruitment across multiple functions or regions.
- You have strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume or complex hiring activities.
- You have knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and HR processes
