Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Yield Enhancement and PI module owner teams to improve yield, reliability, and business process alignment.
- Communicate module-related issues, risks, and progress to the PI leadership team.
- Design, execute, and drive SWRs to completion to meet defined objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to optimize fab processes and increase yield.
- Partner with cross-area engineering teams to resolve process issues effectively.
- Work closely with global partners to ensure module alignment and stay current on process initiatives.
- Own and maintain inline process control specifications, ensuring limits are optimized and reviewed as needed.
- Partner with IE, PEE, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process constraints.
- Drive quality improvement and excursion reduction through targeted activities and projects.
- Set and pursue challenging goals to enable integration of new technology nodes into the fab.
- Provide module-specific training and maintain required training, critical knowledge, and skills.
- Promote values-driven behaviors, safety, and a positive working environment.
