Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, innovative, team-oriented culture built on integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, offices, parking areas, perimeter points, and restricted locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor entry, contractor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site policies; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs while communicating security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
