Your New Role:

• Owning complex customer requests and issues end to end
• Experience in stakeholder management, including working with bankers, credit teams, and cross-functional operations to resolve queries and drive closure.
• Familiarity with lending systems , workflow tools, and reporting dashboards for tracking pipeline and performance
• Manage end-to-end processing of business loan request, ensuring timely completion in line with defined service timelines and cut-offs.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and drive closure.
• Capability to identify gaps, interpret information, and resolve discrepancies independently.

 

What You Will Bring:

• 4-7 years of experience in Business Lending operations within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end business lending lifecycle, including renewals, documentation checks, and facility extensions.
• Hands-on experience in validating financials, loan documentation, and system updates with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Exposure to handling queues, prioritisation frameworks (e.g., FIFO), and managing escalations or time-sensitive cases.
