We work with medical practices, healthcare organizations, professional services firms, and growing businesses looking for long-term staffing solutions.We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping businesses scale through world-class talent solutions.This is not a transactional sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands business challenges, and can confidently engage with founders, CEOs, and practice owners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic outreach
- Build relationships with healthcare practices, business owners, and decision-makers across multiple industries
- Identify client challenges and recommend tailored remote staffing solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through to signed agreement
Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of Assist World's services
- Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Track sales activity, pipeline progression, and forecasting
- Consistently achieve activity and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client handovers
Market Development
- Stay informed on healthcare, staffing, and remote work trends
- Identify new industries and markets for expansion
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, messaging, and lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Confident presenting to business owners and senior executives
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience selling into the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
