Drilling Material Coordinator - Onshore

The responsibility for Drilling Materials Coordinator (Onshore) shall include but not limited to the followings: -

• Ensures all drilling and completion materials and tools are available in time to avoid any delays to the drilling and completions program.
• Focal point and the accountable individual for the entire Shore Base Operation, materials and cargoes operations (onshore/ offshore outbound and inbound ) including vessel movement operations
• Manage all material receipts and dispatches, including load out and backload manifest
• Ensure all material master inventories records are kept. Keep track on import and export materials as per custom regime ; Temporary Import and full Importation
• Reconciliation of all material usage.
• Ensures all personnel are available in time.
• Liaises with all third party vendors and Well Engineering team.
• Work closely and liaise with COMPANY Logistics focal and project management team (PMT). Oversee third party vendors performance and supply base team.
• Ensure all equipment is inspected, certified and transported safely prior to shipping offshore.
• Responsible for all safety stock levels of dry and liquid bulks to support offshore operations, to ensure all tanks clean prior acceptance and re-delivery of vessel
• Work closely with Materials Coordinator (Offshore).
• Well experience in managing Offshore support vessels (OSVs) and aircraft operation, including scheduling, inspection as per COMPANY standard.
• Previously experience in OSVs chartering including Anchor Handling Tug, Platform Supply Vessel workboat and work barge. Prepare for mobilisation checklist and demobilisation.
• Coordinated end-to-end logistics activities for import and export cargo, including dangerous goods, customs clearance, freight forwarding, vessel clearance and shipping documentation to support operational requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain detailed registers of all purchase and rental equipment.
• Manage all drilling and completions materials receipts and dispatches.
• Manage the 3rd parties handling and loading, including lifting of equipment and Material to promote safe and efficient handling.
• Control movement of all the COMPANY’s, third party, rental equipment and consignment stock.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external authority (Custom, immigration, navy and marine security)
• To ensure materials, equipment and dangerous goods having valid certificate with approved inspection prior sending to offshore.

Requirements:

• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in Oil and Gas field.
• Minimum five (5) years as Drilling Material Coordinator or Logistic Supervisor in supporting drilling campaign with International Oil COMPANY (IOC)
• Fluent in English and Arabic proficiency
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with local.
• Show experience in all aspects of logistics onshore i.e. loading, lifting, HSE activities, etc.
• Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
