Description
The responsibility for Drilling Materials Coordinator (Offshore) shall include but not limited to the followings: -
- Prepare all materials request manifest, bunkering volume, and backload equipment from offshore and communicate with onshore Materials Coordinator and supply base team for inbound and outbound.
- Coordinate with offshore team to receive/ship out their materials/equipment, keep proper tracking and record of all incoming materials.
- Coordinate with shore base logistics, marine coordinator, helicopter coordinator and materials coordinator on materials/equipment enquiries, under Lookahead and drilling supervisor's approval.
- Prepare return materials (backload manifest), equipment to shore base, communicate with shore base for validation upon vessel departure.
- Day to day issue and keep tracks of materials/ equipment on board.
- Ensure that all Dangerous Goods are packed and handled in accordance with appropriate regulations.
- Ensure all materials, cargoes handling equipment and dangerous goods are verified prior prereceived at offshore
- Day to day reconcile with shore base materials coordinator on materials movements, transactions.
- Carry out physical stock check at random, well ends or monthly as required by logistics supervisor and finance department, maintain all filling on both hard copies and soft copies for retrievable and audit purposes.
- Manage the handling, including lifting of equipment and Material to promote safe and efficient handling.
- Ensure all cargo receipts and returns are done in safe manner and comply strictly with HSE policy, guidance.
- Reports to Senior Drilling Supervisor
Requirements:
- Possess valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Oil and Gas field.
- Minimum three (3) years as Drilling Material Coordinator.
- Minimum two (2) year of working experience with project or drilling campaign with International Oil Company (IOC)
- Candidate experienced working with established operator and has good performance report.
- Show experience in all aspects of logistics offshore i.e., loading, lifting, HSE activities, etc.
- Good English proficiency
- Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
