Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Director to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover from November 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our global marketing function and ensure continuity across our strategic marketing priorities during this period.
You will own the definition and execution of the global marketing strategy for the business unit, working closely with the Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, Engineering leadership, sales and the wider marketing organisation to build pipeline, grow brand presence and support the unit's commercial ambitions. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set direction, manage a global team and budget, and stay close enough to the work to keep campaigns moving.
Because this is a fixed-term cover, we are looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly, take ownership of a strategy already in flight, and hand it back in good shape.
