Assistant Chef de Projet H/F

PPG, leader mondial dans le domaine des peintures et revêtements, recherche un Assistant chef de projet industriel H/F en CDD de 4 mois pour rejoindre son équipe à Ruitz!

En tant qu'Assistant Chef de Projet industriel H/F, vous accompagnez le Chef de Projet dans la coordination et le déploiement des projets. Vous veillez au respect des délais, à la bonne coordination des différents intervenants et contribuez activement à la satisfaction des clients. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le suivi opérationnel des projets, depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre.

Principales responsabilités

• Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des plannings projets.
• Coordonner les différentes étapes de mise en œuvre et veiller au respect des échéances.
• Participer à la préparation et à l'animation des réunions de suivi de projet.
• Assurer le lien entre les différents acteurs du projet (équipes internes, fournisseurs, prestataires et clients).
• Suivre l'avancement des actions et identifier les éventuels risques ou retards.
• Préparer les reportings et tableaux de bord permettant de mesurer l'état d'avancement des projets.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de gestion de projet.
• Participer à la gestion de la relation client en assurant une communication proactive et un suivi régulier.
• Répondre aux demandes des clients et contribuer à leur satisfaction tout au long du projet.
• Assurer la gestion documentaire et la mise à jour des supports projet.

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en gestion de projet en environnement industriel, industrie ou équivalent.
• Première expérience (stage, alternance ou emploi) dans la coordination ou le pilotage de projets industriels
• Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités.
• Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail.
• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
• Orientation client et sens du service.
• Aisance avec les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et Teams.
• La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus dans un environnement international
