Early Years Teaching Assistant Full-TimeASAP Start BS8  Do you have a passion for supporting children with their education?A Primary School in the BS8 area of Bristol is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team, where caring, nurturing, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do.  This is your chance to make a significant impact on children's lives, helping them thrive in a supportive, innovative learning environment.  Your New Role  As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with children within an Early Years classroom, supporting their learning and development through play. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with prior knowledge of the Primary or Early Years curriculum, someone who can use their initiative to adapt activities to meet the children’s understanding and misconceptions. You will be expected to: Supporting teaching and learning within a busy classroom setting, helping children with diverse needsSafeguarding children and fostering their emotional well-being and social developmentAssisting with whole-class activities and leading small group interventions to accelerate student progressCollaborating with teachers to create a stimulating and supportive classroom environmentMaintaining a safe, positive learning space that encourages all learners to reach their potential Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
