Early Years Teaching AssistantEmployed by the schoolFull-time contractLevel 2 Early Years Qualification MinimumI am working with a Primary School in the SN2 area of Swindon who are seeking to appoint two Early Years Teaching Assistants to join the team in January on a contract directly employed by the school. The school are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals who hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in EYFS.The school ask applicants who wish to work with EYFS pupils that are enthusiastic, caring, patient and bring a vibrant approach to the classroom. It’s essential the candidate is extremely knowledgeable when working with EYFS pupils, as well as encouraging the children to have: respect for both themselves and others; resilience to life's challenges; high self-esteem; and to live and work cooperatively with others. Working with Long-term Teachers:We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
