Role description
- Support the production of project deliverables including drawings that are accurate, clear and concise, compliant with Arcadis and client standards, best practice and any other standards dictated by the nature of the project
- Deliver/assist to manage projects or programmes of work, ensuring appropriate use of resources to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
- Present any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure the delivery of projects to compliant standards
- Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making
- Use knowledge and experience to review project processes and policies, providing advice and developing and improving processes and systems where necessary
- Liaise with project teams to resolve queries about projects supported, ensuring an efficient and high-quality provision of information and work to all internal clients
- Collect data from a range of sources and prepare documents and undertake data analysis to ensure senior management have quality information to facilitate decision-making
- Identify and select appropriate technology solutions and provide relevant information to allow informed business decisions and the delivery of value
- Accountable for delivery of timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reports
- Responsible for communicating and highlighting document process compliance issues to project managers
- Responsible for monitoring and escalation of project management KPIs and performance metrics

Our office is located in Liège, but the role requires travel to the client site in Bissen.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally document control experience (3-5+ years) working on multi-million Euro construction projects
- Fluent in English/French
- Have familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
- A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
- Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work under broad direction
- Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. Google Suite of Documents, Adobe Acrobat Advanced etc.)
- Proficiency in using and implementing a variety of electronic data management software and systems
- Well organised, attention to detail, flexible and professional
- Excellent time management skills
