We are a successful custom automotive manufacturing company specializing in custom materials and automotive services. We are looking for Machine Operators to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Work with team members and maintenance personnel to keep equipment running properly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating hydraulic manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Drug screen and background check required.
