HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR  

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position provides hands-on leadership to Room Attendants and Housekeeping team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on service excellence and attention to detail. 

  

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including assignments, staffing, and workflow 

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they consistently meet Four Seasons standards 

• Support, guide, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain productivity and quality 

• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism, care, and attention 

• Partner with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to ensure seamless operations and room readiness 

• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities 

  

WHAT TO BRING  

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences 

• Previous housekeeping experience; luxury hospitality experience preferred 

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Effective communication skills and the ability to support and motivate a diverse team 

• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
