The Position
Excellence in managing customers' orders end-to-end process and providing a high level of service
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process, from initial order intake to fulfillment and billing
- Optimize the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, informing customers and tracking status of open orders as well as open items from past orders.
- Represent the company in front of customers
- coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient ordering and supply process.
- Be Responsible for logistic claims handling as a first point of contact.
- Propose actions in order to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse in regards of orders and deliveries.
- Support specific invoice processes for end customers in coordination with Finance
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of previous experience in ordering and delivery management or customer relations.
- Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP – an advantage) and good skills in Microsoft Office
- Customer Oriented
- Collaborative, demonstrates sense of urgency and collective ownership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset
- High level fluency in Hebrew and English
