Purpose
To support the implementation and administration of the EHS management system through coordination, monitoring, record keeping and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities

Audit Support
o Maintain EHS policies, procedures and records.
o Administer training records and competency matrices.
o Maintain incident, inspection and audit databases.
o Produce monthly EHS statistics and reports.
o Conduct routine workplace inspections.
o Monitor completion of corrective actions.
o Undertake environmental and safety compliance checks.
o Escalate non-compliance issues to the EHS Manager.
o Record incidents and near misses.
o Assist with investigations and evidence gathering.
o Track corrective actions through to completion.
o Schedule EHS training activities.
o Coordinate inductions for employees and contractors.
o Maintain training compliance records.
o Support safety campaigns and awareness programmes.
o Coordinate toolbox talks and safety communications.
o Act as a first point of contact for routine EHS queries.
o Support internal audits and site inspections.
o Gather documentation for external audits and customer visits.
o Monitor action plans resulting from audits.
