We are seeking the following position:
- Bakery Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bakery department operations and employees.
- Train, coach, mentor, and support bakery team members.
- Prepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability.
- Manage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink.
- Receive and verify bakery products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Support promotions, sales goals, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate pricing, labels, and product information.
- Keep bakery, freezer, cooler, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Follow food-safety standards and company procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of bakery, grocery, food-service, or related retail experience.
- 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Able to work in freezer, cooler, and varying-temperature environments.
- Able to travel to nearby stores occasionally for training or operational support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ordering or inventory systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.
- Food-safety training/certification.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.

Shift Information:
