About Ogenus Offshore
Ogenus Offshore is a manpower company based in the UK and Greece, providing skilled personnel to the energy sector. We support our clients with workforce solutions for offshore and onshore projects worldwide. This position is being offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients.
We are supporting a major offshore project currently in the Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) phase and are looking for experienced Technical Writer Coordinator to join the team on a 4/4 week rotation.
📍 Initial assignment: 2–3 months in Singapore (shipyard)
📍 Following phase: Turkey
🛠 Facility type: FPU
Role Purpose:
Coordinate and lead the development of all operational documentation for the ORA project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee creation of manuals, procedures and readiness documents
- Manage workload of technical writers
- Ensure alignment with project standards and operations input
- Work with engineering and production teams to capture accurate procedures
Required Background:
- Senior Technical Writer or Document Specialist on offshore projects
