MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

The Associate Director of Operations is a senior leadership responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of an organization's network of primary care clinics. This position bridges the gap between frontline clinical staff, medical leadership, and executive administration to ensure operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and exceptional patient
experience.

 - Supervise and maintain the daily operations of clinic and looks into issues affecting clinic productivity and effectiveness.
 - Support and implement policies and procedures in conjunction with staff and doctors that are based on clinic policies and guidelines.  
 - Ensure regulatory training and compliance, and customer/patient service needs are met
 - Identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources and ancillary services and reduce expenses
