Engineering Technician

What you will do

• Strictly follow operation standard of high voltage operation. Be responsible for HV operation. Be on duty in HV Engine as HV Operator according to rules and regulations of Power Distribution Room to make sure all equipments/facilities and system are operating in safe condition.
• Conduct daily Preventive and Maintenance to HV equipments and system according to process.
• Make regular around for meters and take meter reading and relevant record carefully.。
• Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all HVequipments. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
• Be responsible for safety of the all facilities including the doors, windows and fire control facilities, etc. Make sure no creature such as mouse in the equipment room.
• Adjust and control temperature according to actual weather to make the temperature meet the standard scale. Take record for operation.
• Be responsible for AC operation and hot water supply.
• Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all AC equipment. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
• Be familiar and acknowledged for hotel service. Understand and be acknowledged in AC and plumbing system and other relevant equipment. Be of good practical ability of AC.
• With guidance of PM Supervisor, ensuring that the hotel kitchen and laundry equipment are intact. According to the maintenance and repair system, the repair and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment and sanitation audit shall be completed as planned. Repair the defects in the guest room as quickly as possible and provide good equipment for the kitchen (guest / Chef) to the user department. As a member of the engineering team, to support and cooperate according to the relevant policies of the group and hotel department.

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Be of 1~3 years working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel.
• Being calm and patient and be of service passion.
• Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.
• Be basic in reading, speaking and writing English.
• Be familiar with guest room maintenance process and how to conduct maintenance.
• Be of knowledge of decoration. Can be swiftly re-act to emergency. Run a harmony relationship with departmental staff.
