As a Security Officer Lobby Concierge in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk officer at a leading financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage access, and support daily security-related operations through professionalism and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures for a financial services location.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes when appropriate, and/or maintaining front desk logs in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and/or assist with arrivals and departures while helping to support orderly front desk operations and a professional environment.
• Observe lobby and reception activity, report concerns to site contacts, and/or help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
