Line Cook / Line Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Line Cook / Line Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team in Dover, OH. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality meals, working collaboratively with others, and maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards. Candidates with experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Cook are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and supplies needed for service.
• Ensure meals are prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and proper food storage procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service.
• Support team members during busy periods and maintain a positive attitude.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Line Chef, Grill Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
