Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

Make the Marketplace QuintoAndar a scalable business and ensure that 3P brokers and agents become increasingly relevant within the marketplace. To achieve this, we need to better explore conversion and engagement levers for brokers and automate several tasks to make the business lighter and mor scalable.
