Technical support Specialist

Job Description:

Your purpose: The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance to customers and internal teams across our Digital Dentistry portfolio, including Procera, Photogrammetry, exocad, X-Guide, DTX Clinic, DTX Implant and printers. The role focuses on resolving technical issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your accountabilities:

• Provide technical support by phone, email and remote tools to clinical and laboratory customers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to dental CAD/CAM software, planning and navigation systems, scanners and printers.
• Support customers with surgical planning, scanning and prosthetic design workflows.
• Manage software installations, updates and remote technical assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Support the creation of tutorials and technical procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with dental CAD/CAM, 3Shape, exocad and/or dental planning software.
• Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience in the dental industry.
• Advanced IT and computer skills, including CAD/CAM and navigation systems.
• Experience with Dynamics or other CRM/ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of SAP.

• Strong customer orientation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical and clinical information.
• Fluent/native local language and working knowledge of English.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
