Graphic Designer – Healthcare / Life Sciences

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality digital and print assets that communicate complex scientific and marketing messages through compelling visual storytelling while ensuring brand and compliance adherence. This role would be working with an assigned creative team across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Asset Development:
• Design digital assets including banners, emailers, social media creatives, infographics, e-details, websites, and interactive PDFs.
• Create print materials such as brochures, leave-behinds, sales aids, event collateral, magazines, and promotional materials.
• Deliver visually engaging designs aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Adapt global creative assets for local markets while maintaining visual consistency.

Healthcare & Scientific Content Visualization
• Convert complex scientific, medical, and clinical information into clear and engaging visual formats.
• Collaborate with medical writers, marketers, and content strategists to develop effective healthcare communications.
• Support disease awareness, product promotion, HCP engagement, and patient education initiatives.
• Ensure understanding of MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes and compliance requirements.

Multimedia & Motion Design
• Develop basic animations, motion graphics, and video edits for omnichannel campaigns.
• Create visual content for webinars, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.

Production & Quality Control
• Prepare artwork for print production and digital deployment.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
• Experience creating assets for omnichannel marketing campaigns is preferred.
