Description
Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials across digital, print, retail, event and sales channels.
Execute visual designs aligned to brand standards, messaging frameworks and creative direction.
Develop campaign assets including advertisements, brochures, presentations, email graphics, landing page creatives and social media content.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback through revision cycles
Support retail merchandising initiatives through signage, displays, promotional materials and location branding.
Create and maintain templates and design systems that improve efficiency, consistency and scalability across the organization.
Partner with Integrated Marketing to scope, prioritize and deliver campaign design needs on schedule.
Maintain and organize enterprise digital assets and design libraries.
Collaborate with the Video & Digital Content Producer to create integrated multimedia campaigns.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility and brand standards.
Responsible for print-ready file presentation, vendor coordination, digital accessibility, version control and template governance
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field required
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or agency marketing background
Strong portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital and campaign design is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Figma/Canva, and familiarity with presentation software
Experience building templates, design systems and scalable brand assets.
Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.
Ability to present and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Travel:
Less than 10%

The pay range for this position is
$64,400.00 to $77,250.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
