London (Hybrid, client‑site focused)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts
- Acting as the main escalation point for service and delivery issues
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Leading and supporting a team of Resourcing Business Partners
- Managing supplier performance and relationships
- Driving service improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supporting implementation projects and contract delivery
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Service Delivery Manager role within MSP or RPO
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience leading teams in a delivery environment
- Supplier management experience
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions‑focused
- HR knowledge or exposure to employment processes
- Experience working across complex or public sector accounts
