  • 5+ years of experience in HR/Finance Reporting & Analytics or People Services operations, including hands-on work within platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors (data extraction, reporting configuration, and operational delivery).

  • 3+ years of experience acting as an internal analytics consultant, advising HR stakeholders and translating business needs into reporting solutions.

  • Demonstrated understanding of HR/Finance data domains including workforce analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle metrics.

Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to independently design, build, maintain, and enhance HR/Finance reports and dashboards.

  • Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and using SQL or similar tools; experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift) to support scalable reporting and analytics workflows

  • Working knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and governance best practices, ensuring compliant and secure use of People Services data.

  • Experience working with integrated data environments, including HR and Finance platforms, APIs, and connected data sources to support unified reporting.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex HR datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and persuasively to both HR and senior business audiences.

  • Proven ability to influence and advise at all levels of an HR organization, building trust and fostering a data-informed culture.

  • Actively listens to stakeholder and peer needs, provides constructive feedback, and contributes to a collaborative team learning environment.
