Description
Our client is looking for a Cluster Director of Engineering overseeing several of their properties in Bali.
The properties are large 5* resorts with extensive F&B operations.
This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in similar position with 5* hotel background
• Strong background in large scale luxury resort operations
• Very strong knowledge in all aspects of engineering
• Strong exposure to budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Great personality and positive attitude
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills, and problem solver
• Energetic, hands-on, and flexible
• Result oriented, motivated, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Computer literate
