Description
We are looking for an administrative assistant to answer phones, schedule estimate appointments, process mail, scan and file documents both physically and digitally, and other various basic office functions. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Operations. This position handles sensitive employee information and documents and requires the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
In addition to basic office functions, this position handles the following:
- Entering Customer Lead information into the CRM and scheduling estimate appointments (Odoo & Outlook)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Monthly Office Supply & Uniform Inventories
- Office & HR Projects as needed
- Cleaning and Stocking the office space

Requirements
Full Time M-F 8:30a-5p w/ 30-minute lunch break
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook & OneDrive (preferred)
Basic Computer Skills
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Good Attendance (required)
Clean and Organized
Ability to keep confidential information and documents private
Experience with Accounting Software (not required)
